Why Rent a Private Boat in Ilha Grande?

How Renting Works
The rental works on a daily basis (day-charter), usually for 8 hours (9:30 am to 5:30 pm). You choose the size of the boat, define the itinerary with the skipper (who is mandatory and already included), and sail to the beaches and islands you prefer. A deposit of 30% to 50% is paid via Pix to guarantee the reservation, and the balance is due before boarding.

Motorboat 24 to 28 feet (10 to 15 passengers): R$ 1,499 to R$ 2,500 per day. Motorboat 30 to 36 feet (9 to 20 passengers): R$ 2,500 to R$ 4,500 per day. Motorboat 40 to 50 feet (12 to 18 passengers): R$ 5,000 to R$ 9,000 per day. Yacht 58 to 70 feet (15 to 20 passengers): R$ 9,000 to R$ 20,000 or more per day. Fuel is charged separately in most cases (R$ 6 per liter, average consumption of 30 liters per hour in small motorboats).
Do the math: a 28-foot speedboat for 12 friends costs R$1,800, which comes out to R$150 per person — the same price as a shared tour, but with the boat just for yourselves.
